Warranty & Return Policy.

Products sold on our sites carries a minimum of 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.All products, if defective due error of manufacturing will either be repaired or replaced by manufacturer if returned within the period covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims must be preceded by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number request.Depending on manufacturer, where a product is returned and a replacement or repair is effected, the warranty period is still tied to the date of the original invoice.For products like batteries and battery packs and all battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. Please do not send in your battery for replacement. All batteries for Laptops, Netbooks, Power Tools and Camera are sold accompanied with battery maintenance tips. They should be followed to ensure battery longevity.Physical damage, i.e. liquid spillage, excessive force resulting in breakages, Virus infections, CMOS Bios flashing errors , software and application errors, errors incurred due to improper installations or misuse should be referred to your technical support personnel. Where these products are sent to us, repair or replacement will carry applicable fees. Please see our repair fee schedule here. Fire and flood should be referred to your property insurance company. .We asked that all request for warranty returns be accompanied by photocopies of original proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot treat returns that do not come with proof of purchase. Buyer must pay for the return of defective product to the manufacturer/Vendor. Request may be made for a refund of the shipping fee and the refund can only be made at the manufacturer/Vendor discretion.For all items that you wish to return due to wrong ordering, we will only accept these returns under the following conditions.Hardware products.Product must be in original packages and must not have been opened. ‘we do not restock open boxes’ Please read manufacturer specs about the product of your interest very carefully before making your purchases. You can also avail of several product review sites to ensure that you buy the right products for your need.
Returns must be accompanied with photocopies of original proof of purchase.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

All returns due to errors of ordering will carry a 20% restocking fee. Our acceptance of returns due to wrong ordering is not an obligation. We may only exchange, or issue credit at our discretion.

Software products

Categorically, we do not accept returns for software products. All return request for software products must be directed to the vendor of the respective product.

Important. Please ensure that you insure your return shipment against loss or damages, Moreover, only use a shipper that will provide you with tracking and proof of delivery.

Clearance & Promotional Items

Clearance, open boxes and promotional items are sold at much reduced prices. We do not accept returns for these product. Buy at your own discretions.

Non-Acceptance Policy

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Vendor warranty details

"We prefer that our customers get in touch directly with our vendors for all RMA issues. This is advantageous for the customer. It ensures a quicker turnaround time for the replacement of the part or products concerned. We do not keep physical stock of these products. When your returns come to us, we still need to send it to the vendor, the vendor examines and where it judges that a case merits repair or replacement, the vendor will ship the repaired or replacement product or part to us to be forwarded to you. When you deal direct with the vendor, you eliminate the delay that our intervention brings into the whole process.

Asrock technicalsupport.ie offers a 2 year warranty on all ASROCK motherboards, please send the faulty goods back to technicalsupport.ie and we will repair the faulty goods within 7 to 10 working days, for products that are not repairable or EOL (Where the supplier has no replacement) we will replace with the current available model. NVIDIA ION NETBOOKS have a one year warranty and please send direct to technicalsupport.ie

BelkinReturns Process for Distribution on Belkin Product:
At present Belkin requests all requests come direct to Belkin for replacement units/item for Dead on Arrival, Defective in Warranty Period, damaged in box, missing key item, etc. This process will cover the majority of returns but increasingly we are seeing a high number of requests for a credit and at present Belkin need to give direction to the Commercial Channel.
Therefore below here are the scenarios where the above policy will need to be changed :-
DOA/damaged item in box/CS other/ Replacement – Reseller has issued a replacement unit rather than referring the end user to Belkin direct. This has been done solely for Customer Service of the end user; Belkin needs to be able to take these items back via distribution and credit but first checking the item was not dealt with directly.DOA / no replacement – customer require to return the item for credit but requires no replacement. Again Belkin need to bring the item back via distribution/reseller to credit the end user.Not fit for use – same as DOA no replacement, Belkin again needs to take back the item via distribution to allow the credit of the end user.The above scenarios should cover 99.9% of all required credits and automate the process with distribution partners so they can speed up the credit to the resellers and alternatively the enduser.

Cherry Electrical ProductsCherry’s products have either a 2yr, 3yr or 5yr warranty period. The warranty details are included in the product packaging. Any Cherry product being returned under RMA is to be returned by the end user to the point of purchase, this will then be processed in due course by technicalsupport.ie through our resellers.
If specific warranty details are required before purchase, please ask your account manager.
CISCOStandard warranty is 90 days, different products may have longer but this will be stated on our sales order.
Warranty Repairs: Faulty products will be repaired or replaced in line with the manufacturers valid warranty. Returns number is only valid for 10 days from date of issue.
Non-warranty repairs: The customer must initially apply for a repair price quotation from their account manager. A Purchase Order must then be raised and returned along with a completed copy of the form for the repair to commence. Time scales quoted will be met wherever possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
Carriage costs and liability The customer will be responsible for any carriage cost incurred in returning the faulty goods. The customer will also be responsible for any shortages or damages to the goods when in transit.
Extra charges
Cisco reserves the right to raise a "no fault found charge" of up to £100 + VAT where applicable, to cover time and carriage costs incurred. Cisco reserves the right to charge a "restocking fee" of up to 25% of the invoice value for goods returned for credit which are not faulty.
CorsairCorsair's DRAM memory modules all carry a lifetime warranty. Return to technicalsupport.ie, customers will only receive replacements not credit.

If the product is defective in materials or workmanship, Targus repair or replace it without charge.
